Instructor Ann Paremski has years of experience and teaches women and men of all ages to improve their general health, strength, posture, balance, nutrition and eating habits. Now she will be teaching at the Senior Center on Thursday mornings starting at 7:00 AM. She will focus on balance, strength, flexibility and core training!
