Then this class may be just the thing for you! Instructor Ann Paremski has years of experience and teaches women and men of all ages to improve their general health, strength, posture, balance, nutrition and eating habits. Now she will be teaching at the Senior Center for 8 weeks beginning February 1st for just $40.00! She will focus on balance, strength, flexibility and core training! Classes run from 6:30—7:30 PM. This class is perfect for all you baby boomers in your 50’s & 60’s, but is just as good for everyone else! Call Erica at 835-5801 to register. (Walk in’s welcome at $5.00 per class)
